Animate the territory so that communities take charge of those in need. This is the Caritas mandate, otherwise this only remains the provision of a service. Only after a community has made itself available, Caritas Vicenza applies to welcome a family to the national Caritas. This is what happened in Malo, where about twenty people prepared for months to accompany a young Eritrean family from the Afar ethnic group. The family is composed by father, mother and two children.
